We require a 20% initial deposit to confirm your wedding date and begin planning. Balance to be paid on Maui. Hawaii State Excise Tax (4.16%) will be added to the total. We do allow last minute agenda changes at no additional charge (providing that the request is possible). If you choose to cancel the wedding please notify us 20 days before your wedding date. You will receive any amount remaining after deducting all expenses incurred by Perpetual Dreams. Such expenses include, but not limited to, customized merchandise and agent fees. Any cancellations under 19 days forfeit the full 20% Retainer Fee.

When paying deposit, we accept PayPal, Travelers Checks, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. If you wish to pay with a personal check, we require 14 days for check to clear before your wedding date. You can also fax this form to 808.573.0321.

We will email you an invoice for your deposit amount upon confirmation of date availability.
